HTC Sense 7 will allow user to make avatars
We've been talking a lot about HTC in the past few weeks and that’s because the company’s upcoming flagship will probably be unveiled soon.
Chances are we won’t see it as soon at CES 2015, but somewhere after Las Vegas and probably after MWC 2015, HTC Hima will be rolled out into the wild.
Hima will come with Sense 7 UI
And following HTC’s usual schedule, Hima will be rolled out alongside the device maker’s next UI iteration, Sense 7.
Well until Hima becomes a reality,
Upleaks is teasing us with a few screenshots showing us what Sense UI will look like. Most specifically, we’re being granted insight into how a new, upcoming feature will work.
The new function is dubbed Avatar Maker and will allow users to create their own avatars, like the name so clearly suggests.
It doesn't seem like Avatar Maker is a core feature of Sense UI, but at least we’re being shown HTC is trying to surprise us with something new.
HTC anticipates that its 2015 device portfolio will be so awesome that it will blow costumers’ minds away. Most likely the company expects users to be taken with Hima.
HTC Hima purported specs
According to the rumor mill, the flagship should arrive in the wild with a 5-inch display with 1080p resolution (1920 x 1080 pixels). The chipset inside is an octa-core Snapdragon 810 fitted with 3GB of RAM.
Other specifications probably include a 20.7MP rear-facing camera and either a 13MP or 4MP UltraPixel secondary camera up front.
Now so long ago, a teaser image leaked only showcasing a purported HTC Hima device with a super-sized camera. So the consensus on the street is that the company’s upcoming flagship will probably take advantage of an impressive camera with some interesting features.
