Here’s What Happens When A Transgender Walks Into Mosque For Prayer

If there’s one thing the LGBT community and the liberal left have in common, it’s their unrelenting hate for the Christian majority. However, what happens when the left’s favorite special interest group and their most beloved religion collide over the contradicting values that their platform supports?

The left must now confront their hypocrisy and quite literally choose a side. They will either give their answer by strong-arming Islam in the same manner as they have Christianity, or they will acknowledge Islam’s supremacy by remaining silent in the faces of the queer community they claim to represent. All we have to do is sit back and watch the antithetical platform implode.

Sumayyah Dawud is the epitome of leftist hypocrisy. Born a male, Dawud is now legally recognized as female and has been since 2011. His driver’s license and U.S. passport acknowledge that his gender is now female, according to the Phoenix New Times.

When Dawud isn’t being kicked out of bigoted mosques, he enjoys protesting for the left.

Converting to Islam in 2013, Dawud thought that he had finally found identity and acceptance through the “religion of peace,” but he soon found that Muhammadanism isn’t as perfect as the moderates claim.

Earlier this summer, some of the members of the Islamic Community Center of Tempe in Arizona went to the board of directors to express concern over Dawud’s gender. The Muslim women complained that they aren’t comfortable praying and assembling around Dawud and that he shouldn’t be allowed in their gender-segregated mosque.

However, Dawud believes that the accusations may be because of his decision to become more active in left-wing protests within the community, as ironic as it sounds.

Soon, Dawud found out that the mosque was doing an extensive investigation into his past, one which he claims is completely inappropriate. The chairman of the ICC Board of Directors, Nedal Fayad, called Dawud and outright asked if he was male or female.

“He told me that they had done a background investigation on me and found stuff that said I used to be assigned male,” Dawud says.

Dawud provided Fayad with two forms of government ID showing his gender as female. However, the mosque demanded “medical proof.” Until Dawud agreed to medical testing, he wouldn’t be allowed back at the mosque.

Feeling humiliated, Dawud went ahead and submitted medical documents from his primary care physician that state he is a female. Still, Fayad said this was not enough.

As bigoted as the details are, according to the left, the situation escalated much further when Dawud attempted to reenter the mosque for mandatory Islamic prayer.

Over a week ago, a woman, whom Dawud considered a friend, told him to leave the mosque, citing that he wasn’t really a woman. It was then that Dawud found out that the mosque had a meeting about his gender identity the night before in anticipation of his return.

One of the leaders “told me I was not allowed to use the women’s areas because ‘I had male biology,’” Dawud says. “I asked where he got that from, and he told me that I was the one who said that at the meeting with [Fayad] previously. I explained that I never said such a thing. He also said I had agreed from the prior meeting to stay out of the women’s section, which was also untrue.”

“He said he had to show and share the information because the ‘imam needed a fatwa’”— a legal opinion about Islamic law. “I was then accused of deliberately deceiving the board [with the medical document] and of making [Fayad] ‘make a fool out of himself in front of the board,’” she adds.

The mosque told Dawud that they would only let him pray in their building if he came dressed as a man and sat in the men’s section.

“They stated I would no longer be allowed to return to the property unless I either provide a document they would accept, at which point I would be admitted to the women’s areas as before or otherwise I would have to come dressed in men’s clothes, pray in the men’s area, and use the men’s restroom,” Dawud says.

Because of Dawud, the ICC has issued a “transgender policy” that seeks to force the queer community back in the closet.

Since the meeting, Dawud has faced threats, pointing to the mosque for having made his personal information viral.

Since the LGBT community has enjoyed suing Christians who refuse to go against their religious beliefs, perhaps it’s time that they turn their attention to the true haters and persecutors of homosexuals.

Muslims are commanded not only to abide by Sharia law above all other laws, but they are also required to spread it, establishing it in every non-Muslim nation on earth. Under Sharia law, queer civilians are to be put to death, as is common in Muslim countries around the world.

While it’s ironic and ignorant that Dawud wants to yoke himself to such a dangerous ideology that commands he be stoned, thrown from a building, hanged, or burned alive, it’s certainly his right to perpetuate this stupidity. Even the Islamic Prophet Muhammad expressed his disgust and hatred towards those who don’t conform to their birth gender and heterosexuality, and commanded their death. However, he probably shouldn’t expect the left that he so supports to come running to his aid.

So, the left must now pick a side, since the two special privilege groups are completely incompatible and equally demanding. It’s only a matter of time before one or the other is thrown under the bus by their liberal heroes.
