ISIS has released their latest propaganda, striving to
demonstrate their power and hoping to instill fear in the infidel.
Although it looks harmless enough, the most recent release featured the
photo of a soda can that could actually mean trouble for us all.
So far, 12 issues of the ISIS magazine
Daqib have been released with the latest one titled
Just Terror, featuring
an image of the Paris attack aftermath on its cover. However, at least
one photo inside has caused quite a bit of concern, especially after
seeing the result.
Although the picture seems to depict a soda can, apparently that is
only what it looked like on the outside. According to the magazine, the
can was actually the bomb used to bring down the Russian airliner over
Egypt, resulting in the deaths of 224 passengers. The magazine was
released just a day after the Russians officially reported that the
plane was brought down.
The terrorists seem to have sliced off the bottom of the
container before stuffing it full of explosives and reattaching the
piece of the can. However, the bottom of the can had a hole cut out of
it to accommodate the detonator (the silver cylinder in the middle with
wires attached in the photo above) which simply would need to be slid
into the explosives.
From there, the two wires on the detonator only need to be twisted
together with the wires on the switch before you have a functioning
bomb. Once this entire apparatus was put together, the terrorist then
flipped the switch, causing a massive explosion.
Although explosives expert and former member of the NYPD
bomb squad, Kevin Barry, states that the bomb could have easily been set
off with a timer, he doesn’t believe this was the case. Given the
picture of the bomb as well as the fact that the publication explained
that the bomb was “smuggled” on board, he assumes that someone manually
set off the bomb.
In the USA, we have things like the TSA to supposedly help
keep us safe. However, the TSA has yet to stop even one terrorist attack
and has even let a few potential mishaps through. They’ve actually
failed to find guns and bombs on undercover agents at a rate of
96% when a test was conducted.
Seeing how terrorists were able to get this on board and the
fact that the TSA is just about worthless when it comes to actually
eliminating threats, this could be a huge problem for flyers all over
the world. Add to this to the fact that Barack Obama apparently couldn’t
give a rats behind about stopping ISIS and thinks that ignoring the
problem will make it go away, and you have quite the combination for a
serious disaster.
Don’t believe me? Just ask Putin how his nation is dealing
with the 224 innocent lives lost that could have been prevented. Ask the
people of Paris, the one’s who are still alive.
