Good Samaritan Proves Exactly Why It’s No Longer Safe To Help Others [VID]

Back in the day, good Samaritans were kind-hearted people who were widely commended for their good deeds and sincere ability to help those in need. Unfortunately, good Samaritans are now a rarity, and it’s all because of situations like the one here. Apparently, one man was duped by a sick person, who wasn’t exactly in need. According to Young Cons, the guy actually faked an injury to catch someone’s attention, and then he picked the perfect time to strike.
Footage of a storm chaser was recently uploaded to YouTube. The five-minute video begins with a very shaken up storm chaser recounting the series of events that almost cost him his life. Surprisingly, the life threatening injury had nothing to do with the highly publicized Texas Tornado that he’d been chasing.
The incident involved a man who claimed he’d been injured during the storm. As the video continues, the storm chaser explained that he’d seen a guy walking along the road holding his head. Assuming the man was injured and in need of assistance due to the storm, the storm chaser immediately pulled over to help.
Unfortunately, he was in for a big surprise and quickly realized the mistake he’d made. As soon as he pulled over, the supposedly injured guy pulled a knife on him and attempted to attack him. In the video, the shaken storm chaser revealed the guy had come extremely close to stabbing him in the chest, but luckily, he was able to get away and drive off before the guy had time to harm him.
This disturbing situation is exactly why some people no longer offer any type of assistance when they see people in need. There was once a time when even hitch-hikers had the chance of receiving assistance from good Samaritans, but thanks to situations like this, no one feels safe doing any nice deeds anymore. So, if you’d like to be of some assistance to someone in need, make sure being a good Samaritan won’t ultimately cost you your life.
