Former Foreign Minister Makes Bold Declaration About Christianity & Islam

A former Foreign Minister was recently interviewed on a television show, where the state of the world was discussed. Obviously, the issue of the “refugee crisis” became a topic of discussion, during which, the former Foreign Minister made a bold declaration about the current world affairs involving Christianity and Islam.
The host notes the spike in crime and problems that Russia has had associated with migrant workers from Central Asia as well as similar situations which have occurred in Finland and Sweden. She doesn’t necessarily attribute the elevated crime levels to any religious causes, preferring to point to the close quarters and cramped living arrangements as being the key contributing factors. Having laid out a neutral stance, she asks her guest to weigh in and offer her perspective.
She asks Estonia’s former Foreign Minister from 2002 through 2005, Kristiina Ojuland, “Are we dealing with a religious challenge or a socioeconomic phenomenon?” Ojuland says there are various, different aspects, with one part of those coming to Europe actually being real refugees who truly need help due to wars, such as in African countries and in Syria. She notes that in prior years the process has been normal and legitimate, that asylum seekers have been received by Estonia, with positive results, since 1996. She adds a more ominous observation, “But what we see now, since this year, this is a totally different situation.”
She says, “And this is not only the economic or social question that so many thousands, millions, even people don’t know and European leaders don’t know right now how many new incomers come in, these new people came from Africa, from uh Arab countries. If this is not stopped then this will be very soon the big question of really political question of religion, of Islam and the Islam invasion to Europe.”
She continues, “And many Islam leaders, they even don’t deny that this is their aim, to Islamize Europe over some decades. And if we don’t say so, directly, here, today, if we don’t address this issue, then maybe some years later it will be simply too late.”
Ojuland says, “The war is going on in the world, we should not close our eyes against of this fact. And this is not only the local war in Syria but this is a much bigger, larger war between Christianity and Islam.
