Photographer’s BOLD Stand On Guns Shows Obama What ‘American’ Means

Although Barack Obama is the President of the United States, he doesn’t know the first thing about hard-working Americans. After Obama admitted his desire to achieve increased gun control during his last year in the oval office, one Photographer from South Carolina has slapped our Commander-in-Chief in the face by making a bold statement about these “dangerous” guns, and he shows Obama what it truly means to be an American.

It’s no secret that gun owners are just like kids on Christmas when they get a new gun and want to show them off. On the day after Christmas, Patrick Hall, a photographer from South Carolina, decided to take his camera and provide all the excited new gun owners at the Twin Ponds Rifle Range the opportunity to take a truly American photo with their new guns – all while standing in front of the American flag.

After setting up his flag, Hall wanted to make sure he recreated the smoky atmosphere often found at an active firing range and made one minor addition to set off the whole backdrop — a fog machine. Once people arrived, he gave them only one instruction — remain serious by avoiding extravagant poses.

“Everyone who had their photo taken was super excited about the images, and each portrait had its own character with the smoke and the variety of weaponry displayed.” Hall explained, according to Daily Mail. “Obviously, the politics concerning gun ownership and how the U.S. Second Amendment fits into today’s society is a highly debated topic.” He continued, “I think what makes any photo series interesting is seeing how individual people with different cultures, beliefs, and ideologies interpret and critique a collection of photographs.”

Contrary to popular liberal belief, it wasn’t just men seen in the photos, as women and children were also proudly seen holding their guns. The photos Hall produced are absolutely captivating. Not only did he capture what it looks like to be a proud gun owner, but what it looks like to be American.


“I just wanted to capture the diverse group of gun owners from every walk of life, as they enjoyed their hobby following Christmas,” Hall relayed.  “For me, these are some of the most interesting photographs I have ever taken, and this is a series I could see myself revisiting down the road.”

It seems Americans aren’t afraid of Obama’s threats against our Second Amendment. I’m not sure President Obama knows this, but every time he speaks of gun control, gun sales skyrocket – doing the exact opposite that he would ever want to happen.

He has no clue what true Americans want, as he is blinded by his own agenda. If Obama is somehow successful with his goals for increased gun control laws, there is only one thing American gun owners will be saying: “Come and take it.”
