Teen Fight Comes To Abrupt Halt When Girl Reveals What’s In Her Mouth

In Wendell, North Carolina, two teens got into a brutal fight on the school bus. Although the fight escalated quickly, it came to an abrupt halt when one of the girl’s revealed what she had inside of her mouth – and it’s absolutely horrifying.

On March 4, Amber Romero, 18, and Emiyah Lane Brown, 16, got into a brawl during the ride home on the school bus from East Wake High School. The incident began when Emiyah had thrown her lunch bag at Amber – an action that enraged the older teen and sprouted a physical fight between the two.

The initial onset of the fight between the two was the typical girl-fighting technique of slapping and pulling each others hair, but things escalated rather quickly when Amber inflicted “serious bodily injury” on Emiyah. In a fit of rage, Amber had bitten “off a large portion of her right ear lobe,” according to The Smoking Gun. Part of Emiyah’s earlobe had come completely off and was at one point inside of Amber’s mouth.

Amber has since been charged with assault inflicting serious bodily injury, according to Fox 8. She is now being held in the Wake County lockup with bail set at $15,000. It has been revealed that Amber has a bit of a criminal record, including “prior collars for assault and battery, fighting, and failure to appear in court.”

When we look back on our teenage years, they are usually considered the “best years of our lives.” However,  if that is the case, I shudder at the thought of what this young criminal’s life will consist of in the years to come.

It’s a shame that our society has derailed to the point that teenagers are literally causing harm to their fellow classmates. Perhaps it’s time to make a change and to teach our children about respect and acceptable behavior. At some point our children stopped learning this, and it’s absolutely unacceptable.
