Alexandra Fairweather and Eric Goodman being sued by apartment

Socialites Alexandra Fairweather and Eric Goodman — who founded networking app Ivy Untapped and co-publish luxury mag Fairweather, allegedly skipped out on their fancy apartment and are being sued by the building.

Fairweather, step-daughter of late artist John Chamberlain, and Goodman, who works in finance, moved into 800 Fifth Ave. in June 2015, renting for $11,650 per month, under a lease which expired in May 2017.

But a new lawsuit states the couple moved out in July 2016, and it is claimed they still owe $115,335.01 “less the security deposit of $23,329.86, for an amount owed of $92,005.15.”

The couple did not respond to request for comment.
