Khloé Kardashian took to social media to reply to fans who accused her
of falling out with her family following her decision to spend
Thanksgiving in Cleveland, Ohio.
The 34-year-old reality star opted not to join her family for their
annual celebrations in California and instead spent the holiday at home
with love-rat boyfriend Tristan Thompson, 27, and their 7-month-old
daughter, True Thompson.
But despite them playing happy families, many began questioning if she
had fallen out with the Kardashians who were all together at Kris
Jenner’s house.
Eager to clear things up about her decision, the reality star took to
Twitter to reassure everyone that her relationship with her family was
fine.
She wrote: “Y’all are reaching now. I’ve spent the past 3years in
Cleveland for Thanksgiving. Not sure why people are trying to create
drama between my family and I. My sisters and I are perfectly fine thank
you!”
She explained: “All of their families were able to travel but TT being in season, he can not.”
The new mom left her fans impressed by her home cooking as she shared
pictures of a lavish Thanksgiving spread, which included platters of
fruit and bread amongst other things, on her Instagram stories.
Yet, attention quickly turned to her more candid snaps with her adorable
tot and the 27-year-old NBA star as they posed for a family photo to
celebrate the holiday together.
It was revealed that Thompson had cheated on Khloé while she was pregnant with their daughter.
With the scenes currently airing on this season of “Keeping Up With The
Kardashians,” the new mum has openly spoken about her decision to allow
Tristan into the delivery room as she gave birth.
She explained: “Regardless of what Tristan did to me, I was never going
to take that moment away from True or Tristan. She should not be
punished for his actions. He is her father and they both deserve to love
one another as deeply as they possibly can.”
Earlier this week, Kim Kardashian, 38, revealed during a chat with Ellen
Degeneres that it had been awkward for her sister and the rest of the
family reliving a difficult time in their lives.
She said: “It is awkward, especially for maybe Tristan, who isn’t used to this.”
“Unfortunately, that was what’s going on in our lives. Six months later
it replays, and they’ve gotten through what they needed to get through,
and it’s rehashed in front of everyone, and everyone’s giving their
opinions all over again, and we’re live tweeting, and everyone’s chiming
in.”
But, Kim explained that there are positives to be taken from the experience.
She said: “That is hard for Khloé and I’m sure for Tristan, but it’s our
reality, and we’ve learned to kind of use it as a therapy, just to kind
of get it out one last time with everyone else.”
