The Highlanders beat the Waratahs 59-38 in a pre-season match at Molyneux Park in Alexandra tonight.
It ran away with the game in the last 30 minutes with winger Tevita Nabura helping himself to a hat trick.
No injuries were picked up by the Highlanders.
The whole Highlanders squad attended the game, although the side's All Blacks that have just returned did not play.
The game was played in three 30 minute periods to a crowd of over 4000 people.
